REQUIREMENTS

1.	Portfolio ASSIGNMENTS FOR EACH SESSION* Email Response Journal Entry Brain Check New Ideas Database Special Report (Varies) Productivity (2-4 Printouts of Class Activities) Other Documents Some assignments are completed in class, some are completed out of* class.
2.	Lesson Plans (Check with your instructor to make sure which forms to use.) REQUIRED - Lesson Plan Form & Self-Assessment Form NEW lesson plan and teacher self-assessment form (Word document) OLD lesson plan template (Word) OLD self-assessment form (Word) RECOMMENDED Checklist for Lesson Plans and Portfolio (Excel document) All lesson plans are completed out of* class.
3.	*Triboard - Group Presentation** Tri-boards are completed out of* class.
4.	Attendance - 7 full days If time will be missed, participants should notify the instructor before the scheduled session. Participants who miss an entire session or all or most of a morning or afternoon session will schedule a make-up class with another section. Participants who must leave a session early or who come in late are responsible for documenting the make-up time. This time can be made up before/after class and during lunch.
